BIRTHDAY PARTY RENTALS

2 hour party = $225. This fee includes: time to decorate space prior to party, two party rooms, an OADA staff member on site and use of folding chairs/tables. The studio should be cleaned and evacuated within half an hour of the party’s end time. Failure to stay within rental time frame will result in an additional $25 per 15 minutes exceeded.
