Lindsay Fine
Lindsay Fine served as Co-Owner/Artistic Director of Hinge Dance Company, LLC from 2011-2015. Lindsay graduated with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts from the University of Mississippi in Musical Theatre in 2007. After graduating, Lindsay moved to Los Angeles to pursue her music and dance career. While in California she trained with the Los Angeles Contemporary Dance Company under Kate Hutter and taught at several studios. During that time, she also co-produced her first album “Can’t Laugh” which she signed to Warner Brothers in 2009.
n 2010, Lindsay moved back to Mississippi and joined forces with Lydia Siniard to create Hinge Dance Company, LLC. Over the last four years, this duo provided North Mississippi with the first professional contemporary dance company which continues to grow each year. Lindsay has recently moved to Nashville to continue her passions in dance and music and will continue to choreograph and guest artist with Hinge in the future.

Suanne Messer
Suanne Messer is a dancer and choreographer for Hinge since 2014. She recently graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with her BFA in Performance and Choreography. She currently is dancing and choreographing with Hinge Dance Company, while also teaching dance in Tupelo. Her future plans include going to graduate school to get her MFA and starting her own dance program at a University one day. She currently is pursuing projects in both concert dance and dance for film.

Francesca DeCosmo
Francesca DeCosmo has been dancing for 17 years and competing for 10 in national competitions around the country. Francesca began choreographing at the age of 14 and has produced top scoring pieces. In 2013, she joined the Hinge Dance Company family as a company dancer and now serves as dancer and choreographer for Hinge. Francesca is also at staff at Oxford Academy of Dance Arts in Oxford, Mississippi.

Britney Kuehn
Britney Kuehn is a native of Ocean Springs, Mississippi where she grew up training at Donna’s Visual performing Arts Center. Britney attended the University of Southern Mississippi, where she danced as part of the Repertory Dance Company for four years, receiving her Bachelor of Fine Arts, in Dance Performance and Choreography with a minor in Theatre. She has taught the past five years at On Your Toes Dance Studio in both Petal and Oak Grove, MS and Donna’s Visual and Performing Arts Center in Ocean Springs, MS. In August 2014, she joined Marigny Opera House Dance Company in New Orleans, LA as a dancer, and has now landed herself in Oxford, MS where she is now excited to be joining Hinge Dance Company’s 2015-2016 Season.

Jesse Kelley
Jesse Kelley served as choreographer and dancer for Hinge from 2011-2014. Jesse received training in ballet, jazz and contemporary dance from Andalusia Ballet Association in Andalusia, Alabama. Through the course of her dance career she has studied under Artistic Director Meryane Murphy, Alabama Ballet Theatre’s Artistic Director Wes Chapman, and choreographer Marcus Alford. She has preformed in the many classical ballets such as Les Sylphides, Paquita, The Nutcracker and a choreographed presentation of Handel’s Messiah. During Jesse’s time at Troy University, she was a member of the Sound of the South Dance Team and was captain in 2010. Kelley came to Oxford to attended law school at the University of Mississippi. Jesse also teaches ballet at Oxford Ballet School.

Chase Welch
Chase Welch served as choreographer and dancer for Hinge from 2011-2013. Chase began dancing in Carrollton, Mississippi, appearing in various ballet schools productions of Cinderella and Snow White. In high school, he performed for the Susan Allen School of Dance in Winona, Mississippi dancing roles in their productions of Grease, Footloose, and Dirty Dancing. After moving to Oxford to attend school at The University of Mississippi, his passion for dance grew. Welch has training in modern/contemporary, jazz, hip-hop, and is experienced in ballroom dance. He has performed in many dance productions in Oxford, some of which include: Mixed Nuts, Mississippi: The Dance Company’s rendition of The Nutcracker, along with several productions for Oxford Ballet School. As an instructor and choreographer, Welch has taught at several dance studios, schools, and colleges across the state of Mississippi. He has worked with Delta State University, Oxford Ballet School, Mississippi Delta Community College, and Tupelo Academy of Dance Arts. In 2010, Welch was a featured dancer on Carnival Cruise Lines and in January of 2011, his choreography was featured at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Welch is a founding member, dancer, and choreographer for Hinge Dance Company, LLC where he exercised his passion for dance and artistic creativity.

Maria Martin
Maria Martin served as choreographer and dancer for Hinge from 2011-2014. From West Palm Beach, Florida Maria is currently a dancer and Public Relations Assistant in Billy Bell’s Lunge Dance Collective in New York City, as well as a dancer and choreographer for Hinge Dance Company in Oxford, Mississippi. She studied at the Boca Ballet Theatre for nine years under the direction of Dan Guin and Jane Tyree. During her training there she worked closely with Linda Maybarduk, Christopher Fleming, Dawn Scanell, Don Tolj, Paul Young David and world renowned jazz dancer Pattie Obey. Martin also trained at Alexander W. Dreyfoos Jr. High School of the Arts under the direction of Jan Hanniford-Goetz. In addition, Martin has danced at Alvin Ailey, Joffrey Jazz and Contemporary and Peri Dance. Currently, she teaches and choreographs for many dance schools.
